At Super Easy Ride, we do not engage in shipping of physical goods. However, this Shipping Policy outlines our process for vehicle handover and delivery as part of our car rental services.
Vehicle Pickup & Delivery
- All vehicles are made available for pickup from our designated rental hubs or partner locations.
- Home delivery or vehicle drop service is available in select locations for an additional charge.
- In case of doorstep delivery, our team will contact the user to confirm timing and address before dispatching the vehicle.
- Our goal is to ensure that vehicles are delivered and ready for pickup at the confirmed booking time.
Delays & Responsibilities
- In case of unforeseen delays due to traffic, technical issues, or natural causes, users will be promptly informed.
- Super Easy Ride will not be liable for delays caused by incorrect user details, unreachable contact numbers, or unavailability of the user at the pickup point.
Non-Delivery
If the user fails to appear at the pickup point or does not respond to contact attempts, the booking will be considered a "No Show" as per our cancellation policy.
