At Super Easy Ride, we aim to provide seamless vehicle rental experiences. However, if a booking needs to be cancelled, refunds are processed as per the terms below.
Cancellation by User
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the pickup time will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total amount paid.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time will not be eligible for a refund.
- In case of a “No Show” (failure to collect the vehicle), only the refundable security deposit will be returned.
Cancellation by Company
- If Super Easy Ride is unable to provide the booked vehicle due to unforeseen issues (damage, unavailability, or service downtime), a full refund will be issued to the customer.
Refund Process
- All refunds will be made to the original mode of payment within 7–9 working days.
- Refund timelines may vary depending on the bank or payment gateway policies.
